The chicken batter could use some spices, but the chicken sandwich and tenders were still enjoyable. The sauces to dip them in were nice. The fries were perfect shoestring fries. The Mexican corn was boiled too long but the elote flavors were good enough to allow overlooking the boiled corn. The portions were quite large. The lady at the counter was amazingly nice and friendly. She paid attention to detail and made sure everything was good. There were not many people there when we went so it was pretty enjoyable to dine in. Food came quickly and plenty of seating.
Our visit was great. We had the baked chicken dinner on a Monday along with a couple of chicken tacos and beers. We enjoyed our food. The folks on deck were Daniel, Doug, and Ken. The only thing I would like to see is to have the tv's behind the bar spread out more and not in one corner. Overall, a neat place. We'll come back.
Their chicken and the side dishes are delicious. So much better than Popeyes, Canes or Chic Filet. Everything is so good and they have a bar and tv’s inside. During Happy Hour drinks or 2 to 3 dollars. It is truly a great place, great staff and great pricing.
This place is amazing! The tenders would pull apart so easily and their friesssss are so freaking good! The mashed potatoes and cucumber salad were honestly my top likes! The staff were super sweet and the dining area was super clean. There’s also a bar for my fellow drinkers, might come on a game night for a night out!
My girlfriend and I drove 2 hours JUST to eat at Cocky’s one more time. The food is absolutely phenomenal, and a fantastic price. Speaking of fantastic, the sweet woman who works the front and takes your order, i believe her name is Fran, is so nice and helpful. You could say shes FRANtastic! I highly highly HIGHLY recommend stopping here if you are ever in prescott.
We arrived just before dinner rush and grabbed their all you can eat wings on Sunday. We had the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes for our sides, those were really good. We ordered the Buffalo wings and bourbon wings - they were both so good, we ordered 3 more baskets of each! Friendly staff, place was clean, plenty of tvs to watch sports and a cute little bar too! Can't wait to go back!
Looking for a fast & quality southern style chicken centered meal? then stop by and try this place out. I had the chicken sandwich meal with mashed potatoes and gravy, and it was bomb! filling and super flavorful. My wife had the chicken strips meal with fries and fried okra. I stole a bite of the okra and wound up eating half of the basket haha. it’s got a light tempura style batter rather than a traditional corn meal based batter. The staff for friendly and polite. Overall it’s a great spot for lunch and we’ll be back.
My family decided to try this place for the first time. We ordered the family meal with fried chicken, tenders and three large sides and biscuits. It was definitely fairly priced for the amount of what you get. The fried chicken is delicious and I am super particular about fried chicken since I make a pretty delicious one at home. The tenders were large, moist and the batter was very well done it is different from the friend chicken which I liked but still good. We got the Mac n cheese, coleslaw and mashed potatoes for sides and they were delicious but the biscuits are in a league of their own and oh my goodness so GOOOOOD! We will most definitely be going back to this place.
